V2D Overseas Cancellation & Refund Policy

V2D Overseas provides consultancy services including document review, verification, translation, copying, and forwarding documents to government or educational bodies on behalf of clients. The service is considered completed once the consultation, document checklist, and application guidance have been provided.

After payment, clients receive an email receipt within 24 hours of funds being cleared.

V2D Overseas follows a fair refund policy. A full refund of the service fee (excluding any third-party charges) may be provided only in the following situations:

• If V2D Overseas confirms the client meets eligibility requirements, but the case receives a negative outcome.
• If the negative result occurs due to documentation errors made by V2D Overseas staff.
• Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original mode of payment.

No Refund Policy:


• Clients are not eligible for refunds if they choose to cancel or withdraw before V2D Overseas submits their immigration or visa application.

Refund Processing Timeline:

• All approved refunds will be processed within 24 – 48 Hours.

• Clients must submit rejection letters, including any re-appeal decision letters, to request a refund.

• Third-party documentation fees are strictly non-refundable.

No Refund policy applicable for below cases:

• Fees paid to V2D Overseas are non-refundable if the client signs up and later changes their mind or chooses to discontinue the service.
• No refund if required documents are not submitted within 60 working days, and the file remains incomplete even after an additional 30 working days following a temporary hold.
• No refund for failure to complete medicals, provide a valid (under 6 months old) police clearance certificate, or show sufficient settlement/maintenance funds.
• No refund if any fraudulent, forged, deceptive, incomplete, or unverifiable documents are submitted.
• No refund if less than 80% of required documents are submitted within 2 months, making the case ineligible for process conversion.
• No refund if the client or included family members have past immigration or visa violations.
• No refund if the profile is not picked from the selection pool.
• No refund for negative assessment outcomes from agencies such as WES, as results are based solely on their discretion.
• No refund for late submission of documents requested later by embassies or consulates.
• No refund if the client fails to achieve the required IELTS/French language scores needed for eligibility.
• No refund if the visa is refused for any reason, including fraud, non-compliance, interview failure, or verification issues by the embassy.
• No refund if the client abandons the case by not communicating for 1 month or by remaining inactive for 3 months from the date of registration.
• No refund if the client fails to meet eligibility or language requirements mentioned in the pre-registration assessment.
• No refund on part payments made as per agreed terms.
• No refund if rejection occurs due to verification by skills assessment authorities, universities, or embassies.
• No refund if the client records audio or video within V2D Overseas premises without authorization.
• No refund if the client switches to another country’s process and later faces visa refusal.
• No refund if the client directly contacts any assessment body without written authorization from V2D Overseas.
• No refund if the client attempts to defame or harm the reputation of V2D Overseas in any manner.
• No refund for rejections caused by studying at a non-recognized university.
• No refund if the client cannot provide required funds for dependents listed in the application.
• No refund for negative or failed verification outcomes caused by incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable documents.
• Refund, if approved under special circumstances, will be processed within 24–48 hours.
• Third-party documentation fees are strictly non-refundable.
