Payment and Evaluation Policy:
Evaluation fees are not eligible for refund. Upon agreeing to our terms of service, you can make a payment to V2D Overseas using various methods, including:
- Bank transfer
- Secure online payment options
Once your case is accepted by our Case Managers, they will confirm all details related to your case and ensure that an initial review of your case history and immigration requirements has been accurately conducted. You will receive the following within 48 hours, either through a face-to-face meeting or a video/telephone call, followed by an email containing all supporting documents:

- Document Review: As we receive your documents, we will review them to ensure they meet the necessary governmental criteria.
- Application Completion: We will complete your application forms and submit your case to the appropriate authorities.
- Ongoing Support: Throughout the process, we will provide advice, support, and assistance.
Our consultancy services regarding immigration visas will have the initial three tasks completed within 48 hours. The remaining services will be ongoing and are expected to be completed within 90 days, contingent on your timely provision of all necessary supporting documents. The service delivery will be conducted through live consultations or video/telephone calls, followed by a comprehensive email with supporting documentation sent within 48 hours of your evaluation payment.
